At Dragonfly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused sports equipment or apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
